Here is another vegetarian delight. Since I don’t eat beef but wanted a hearty stew on a cold winter’s night, I decided to try making a veggie alternative to Beef Bourguignon. I know a lot of people these days are going gluten-free but not me! I love the fact seitan is a meat free product...
